Well, to bring a little beach scene attitude we decided to mellow out some of the sharp tones of super fresh strawberries with guanabana. Guanabana is also known as Soursop, or pawpaw, and is great on its own for making smoothies which is what my brother and I used to do. The flavor of guanabana is a little strawberry, some pineapple, and hint of lime that is rounded out with a guilt free natural creamy texture. With our blend of strawberry and guanabana, we think these strawberries are ready for a nice relaxing time in the tropics.

If you’ve had Thai food before, you’ve heard of mango and sticky rice. That’s where the inspiration for this flavor comes from. It’s a fresh and favorite dessert for many and one that may soon become your favorite too. Mangos are one of the most cultivated tropical fruits in the world and coconuts are found all across the tropics. It’s no surprise that these two are a great match together. For this special treat, we use Kent mangos which have a natural sweetness without much pulp and paired it with the creaminess and flavor from the meat of the coconut.

It was a cool breezy summer night and after finishing dinner at our favorite sushi restaurant, inspiration struck when we ate our free dessert that came with the meal.  Green Tea Ice Cream!  Oh we loved it so much that we decided to make it one of our flavors.   It is so delicious and creamy we couldn’t eat just one but we had to order more. With this inspiration, we created this fantastic flavor combination of Green Tea and Honey. Its bouquet of flavor comes from finely milled Matcha Green Tea, for a soft refreshing flavor that’s silky smooth and combined it with a hint of honey. It was important for us to keep the delicate essence of the tea and keep out the bitter, earthy tones. We kept it simple by balancing the texture and sweetness. Green tea has been around for centuries, but we’re bringing it to you in our yogurt! It’s never a bad time to fall in love.
